Doubet Consulting’s founder and longtime neurodiversity advocate, Beth Silver, has been named an honoree for the 2025 New York Women Leading the Way event hosted by Autism Speaks, held on June 4, 2025. The event gathered leaders, experts, and changemakers to explore this year’s theme: “Navigating a Diagnosis.”
For Beth, this recognition is deeply personal. Following her son’s diagnosis years ago, she immersed herself in the world of special education and advocacy—not as a career move, but as a calling. What began as a mother’s quest for understanding grew into a lifelong mission to support families navigating similar paths.
“Somewhere along the way,” Beth reflected, “people started saying, ‘Ask Beth—Beth would know.’ And just like that, BethWouldKnow was born.”
Today, Beth balances her work as a strategic communications consultant with her role as a trusted community resource for families of children with special needs. She continues to champion inclusion, education, and empowerment while proudly raising two incredible young men.
Beth expressed heartfelt gratitude to Autism Speaks for this recognition, as well as to the countless families who have invited her to share in their journeys. “It’s an honor I never take lightly,” she said.
💙 Congratulations to Beth on this well-deserved honor—and for continuing to lead the way in advocacy, empathy, and inclusion.
